Steven is a Partner specialising in commercial litigation and international arbitration and has 10 years experience in contentious work. Steven has acted in disputes in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States acting for and against FTSE 100 companies and major international corporations. His experience encompasses banking and finance, construction and engineering matters, insurance and reinsurance claims, commodity transactions and general contractual claims. Steven is familiar with a broad cross spectrum of dispute resolution mechanisms, whether it be court, arbitration, adjudication or one of the varied process of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures now available.
