Del Magner is a Consultant with the firm having gained extensive experience practising law as a partner of a large City of London law firm as well as being admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands.

Although Del has spent the majority of his legal career specialising in International Commercial Litigation, and is currently engaged advising clients on complex domestic and international disputes, Del has for many years undertaken work in the non-contentious arena for both UK and overseas clients.

Del has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, secured lending, partnership law, franchising and licensing, joint ventures and general corporate restructuring matters.

Del is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Del was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 having qualified from the London Guildhall University with an LL.B. in Business Law and The College of Law, Chancery Lane.
